• Above rates are inclusive of American Breakfast, tax and service

• Extra bed includes ABF.
• Child over 2 but fewer than 12 years, 50% off breakfast, infant
(under 2 years of age): free of charge. A child is accommodated free of
charge when sharing existing bedding with parent; breakfast compulsory.
• Check in time after 2.00pm; Check out time prior to 12.00 noon.
• Term of payment: all bookings must be prepaid in full (14) days
prior to guest’s arrival.
Cancellation
• Minimum notice required:
- Low season: 7 days prior to arrival
- High season: 14 days prior to arrival
- Peak season: 21 days prior to arrival
- Failure to do so will result to a cancellation charge equal to one night.
• No-shows and early check-out: 1 night charge.
