Accommodation

• Silver Suites (1 bedroom & 1 living room – 65 sq.m2): The 50 one-bedroom Silver Suites are located on the 2nd floor and feature a large balcony overlooking the pool.
• Emerald Suite & Garden Area: The 68 Emerald Suites are set in 17 low-rise, Thai-style homes. Each Suite offers a generous 53 sq.m2 of space, and comes with a private balcony overlooking serene, landscaped gardens.
• Gold Suites – Pool access (1 bedroom & 1 living room – 65 sq.m2): The 50 Gold Suites consist of a master bedroom connected by a sliding door to a sitting room. These Suites are located on the ground floor and each has a private balcony with direct pool access.

Prices

• All above rates are in Thai Baht per room and per night, for single or double occupancy, and are inclusive of daily breakfast and all applicable service charge and taxes.

• Extra bed is inclusive of breakfast.

• Minimum stay: a minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required for accommodation between 20 Dec 07 and 10 Jan 08. Clients with earlier check in dates than 20 Dec 07 are also requested to stay 7 consecutive nights at the resort. Last check- in applicable for the 7 nights compulsory stay to be 3 Jan 08.

• Compulsory Gala Dinners:
24 Dec 07: 2,800 Baht/Adult - 1,400 Baht / Child.
31 Dec 07: 4,000/Adult - 2,000 / Child.

• Children policy: Children under the age of 12yrs. sharing room with parents in existing bedding are granted complimentary accommodation, breakfast is charged compulsory at Baht 250/child/day or Baht 500/night will be charged if extra bed is required.
Infants will be provided a baby cot free of charge.

Children under 6 years of age will receive complimentary meals (buffet lunch and/or buffet dinner only) when dining with minimum one adult. Compulsory gala dinners are chargeable as per above rate indication for all children from 2 to 12 years of age, below the age of 2 years a special kids menu will be served free of charge.

• Value offers: All guests are welcomed with a refreshing tropical fruit drink, flower garland and are personally escorted to their suite. All room types receive a daily turndown service, daily activities, recreational programs, kids club, fitness club. A choice of teas and coffees together with a coffee maker is installed in every room.

• Group complimentary policy: For every 15 full paying pax, the hotel will grant a ½ twin free of charge, applicable for all room categories and inclusive of complimentary daily buffet breakfast. Maximum 2 free rooms per group. Local tour guide will be granted accommodation at the hotel premises at special discounted rate of THB 2,000 per room per night, inclusive of ABF.

• Honeymoon specials: Honeymoon clients will receive a complimentary fruit plate and flowers on the day of arrival, a welcome drink, guaranteed double bedded accommodation and a complimentary upgrade to higher room category (subject to availability). All honeymoon bookings must be advised at the time of reservation and shown on vouchers to validate.

Cancellation

• Low season: No cancellation fee will be charged on accommodation received by 16.OO hours local time 2 days prior to arrival at the hotel in writing, email or fax. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Failure to do so, or no-show, will result in one night room rental cancellation fee.

• High season:
Cancellation within 24 hours or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the total accommodation cost
Cancellation within 48 hours or less prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost
Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival: 1 night charge
Cancellation within 8 days and above: no charge

• Peak season:
Cancellation within 48 hours or less prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the total accommodation cost
Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost
Cancellation within 14 days or less prior to arrival: 1 night charge
Cancellation within 15 days and above: no charge

Note: guests arriving a later date or departing at an earlier date than the original confirmed booking will be charged for the entire period as per original confirmed booking request.
