• The rates above are per night, given in Thai Baht and include ABF (American Breakfast) for 2 persons, service charge and applicable government taxes.
• The third person or child 4-11 years old who can share the bed will be charged meal rate: 150B for adult and 100B for child.
• Extra bed includes ABF for 1 person.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner on December 24th, 2007, and December 31st, 2007: 1,300B for adult, 700B for child (per day).
• Period of occupancy: room used from 12.00-18.00 pm. On the day checking out will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Term of Payment: (7) days prior guest’s arrival.
Cancellation
• High season: 15 days prior notice.
• Peak season: 30 days prior notice.
• Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of all the periods.
• Early check-out non refundable.
